My story

I was managing life…
but quietly losing myself inside it.

Working professional. Mother of three. A woman trying to balance work, family, expectations, and personal dreams — just like so many other women.

"I created Design & Pen Circle because I know what it feels like when your mind never truly rests."

The quiet years

For a long time, I thought I just needed to "manage better."

I built my career, ticked the boxes, carried the responsibilities. From the outside, everything looked steady.

I tried every productivity system. Better planners. Better routines. Better mornings. And still — by evening, my mind was loud.

My body would rest, but my thoughts wouldn't. There was always one more role waiting, one more person to hold, one more thing to remember.

Outside, I looked strong.
Inside, I felt constantly stretched.

My journey

The story behind the overload

Not a list of milestones. Just the moments that quietly shaped who I am — and why I built this space.

2013 – 2017

Responsibility arrived early

My father passed away in 2013, just before I began my graduation. In 2017, I joined Amazon — not out of passion, but to take on my family's responsibilities. I became the steady one while still finding my own feet. Carrying that weight young, I learned how to keep going. I didn't yet know how to slow down.

2020 – 2022

Life started moving faster

Marriage. A growing career. Becoming a mother for the first time. I tried to hold it all together — to be present everywhere, all at once. The days were full. My heart was full. And quietly, I was running on empty.

2024 – 2025

Motherhood expanded — and so did the mental load

We welcomed twins. I became a mother of three. I loved every part of it. And I also felt emotionally stretched in ways I had no language for. My personal space — inside me — kept shrinking.

"I wasn't failing. I was overloaded."
Then something changed

I stopped trying to do more

I started slowing down. Listening to my body. Noticing my energy. Building gentler systems instead of stricter ones. I learned that calm is not a reward — it's a foundation. And from that softer place, Design & Pen Circle was born.

My quiet truths

What I believe now

The soft beliefs I lean on every day — and that shape every part of the Circle.

Balance is not about perfection

It's about returning gently, again and again.

Calm matters more than pressure

Soft consistency outlasts forced discipline.

Identity comes before habits

Become her — the habits follow on their own.

Small shifts change how life feels

You don't need a new life. Just a softer one.

Women deserve support, not guilt

Rest is not a reward. It's a basic right.

Your inner world shapes everything

Tend to it, and the outer world softens too.

Maybe this is you

I created Design & Pen Circle for women who…

🤍

Look calm on the outside but feel mentally full inside

🤍

Rarely feel like they truly pause

🤍

Carry emotional responsibility quietly, for everyone

🤍

Want balance — without burnout

🤍

Crave calm, not constant pressure

🤍

Are tired of doing more, and ready to feel different

You do not need to become someone new.
You may simply need a gentler way to live.

A real woman, not a brand

Why women relate to this work

  • I live this life too

Career, motherhood, mental load — it's not theory for me.

  • I understand mental overload personally

I've felt the version of tired that sleep doesn't fix.

  • I believe in gentle, real-life systems

Nothing here will ask you to do more or push harder.

  • I teach from lived experience, not perfection

I'm still practising it, every single day, alongside you.

A soft first step

Start with a small reflection

You don't need to change your whole life today.
Sometimes awareness is the first step.

A calm pause

You deserve a life that feels like
yours again.

Not constantly rushed.

Not emotionally heavy.

Not lived only for responsibilities.

But calm. Intentional. Supported.
